JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: CR Sports Customer Service Representative Incumbent:
Department: CR Sports Department Effective: ASAP
Status: Full Time/Hourly (40 hrs/week Availability Full (24/7)
Summary:
The CR Sports Customer Service Representative position will focus on providing excellent customer service during phone customer calls by providing game lines, placing the requested wagers, guiding the customer through the call, and answering his/her sport queries in an accurate and efficient way.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls related to sports wagering in a mature and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining acceptable service levels
At all times apply and respect all wagering center policies
Phones logged in and available at all times during duration of shift, excluding scheduled breaks
Knowledgeable in all necessary areas regarding wagering and house rules.
Aware of Book Manager changes affecting wagering (E.g. Rain Delays, changes to games going off, etc.).
Make sure he/she has all necessary tools when logged-in (E.g. Pens, hand tickets, software programs running, etc.).
Coordinate with his/her supervisor in case of a problem or issue during the call.
Identify clients with specific needs and forward their concerns by transferring the client call to the appropriate department.
Perform any specific tasks assigned by a Supervisor
Cooperate in maintaining general order in the office ( station, kitchen and bathrooms)
Perform diverse tasks as required (payouts processing, site checking, address updates, backoffice training, etc.)
Requirements
Excellent English and Spanish skills, both written and verbal
Previous Call Center experience would be an asset
Strong listening and comprehension skills
Accurate numeric keypad entry skills
Professional demeanor and attitude
Pays excellent attention to detail
Career Oriented person
Capable to work under pressure
Must have a flexible schedule (unlimited availability)
Active and Patient listener
Excellent communicator
Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with an exceptional work ethic
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in procedures or software programs
